Service Description

During our discovery session I’m going to help support you in 3 ways. 1. The first way is to help you listen to the part of you wanting to grow and expand through your longing and discontent. This shows up in the areas of your life where you’d like to see improvement. 2. The second way is to help you create a vision for the quality of life you desire and offer a supportive place where you can give voice to your dreams. 3. The third way is to offer an assessment and recommendation, based on my professional experience as to what action steps and support you might need to move from where you are to where you’d love to be. And, if we discover that we’re a good fit to work together, I will share more with you about that.
